want to be recognized as a supporter of our
efforts.
About Our
Readers
Readers of
The John Cooke Fraud Report are directly
or indirectly involved in the fraud-fighting
industry. While the paper copies of JCFR were
primarily aimed at the Insurance and Financial
investigator, all levels of law enforcement, private
investigators, legal professionals and others with a
professional interest in defeating/reducing fraud,
the electronic version of the JCFR seeks to offer
more cross education among an increasing number of
fraud arenas, and will thus be expected to reach an
even wider audience.

Provisions
Recognized
advertising agencies earn a 10% discount. Discounts
apply only within the contract year and must be
negotiated in advance. It is understood that the
advertiser and/or agency indemnifies the publisher
against any claims or lawsuits based on the contents
of an advertisement. The publisher reserves the
right to reject or cancel any advertising at any
time. Publication of an advertisement constitutes
final acceptance.

By advertising, you and your agency represent that
your material is properly authorized and that any
necessary consents have been obtained. By
advertising, you and your agency jointly and
severally indemnify Alikim Media, the John Cooke
Fraud Report, and/or Fight Fraud America and all of
their employees and agents against all legal claims,
actions and expenses. We reserve the right to edit
or reject any material we deem inconsistent with our
standards. Rates are subject to correction* or
change** at any time.
* Rate correction = we do not
stand behind typos.
**Rate change = We're new at
this e-advertising. If we opt to increase a
space rate, current advertisers will be notified
and will entitled to keep the old rate for 90
days/3 monthly cycles. If the rate decreases,
advertisers will receive the benefit of the
decrease immediately.

choose to pass, you may
move your free
placements to another
page.

This means that the
space is available for
sale.)
